DecisionOne Dental is a premier dental service organization. In 2012, Beverly Capital partnered with its CEO, Dr. AJ Acierno, and provided capital used to fund acquisitions and build out a management team. Over the course of the investment, the Company grew through acquisition from 3 to 27 offices to become the premier provider of dental services in the greater Chicagoland area. In 2018, Beverly Capital exited its investment when Smile Brands Inc., a leading, nationwide provider of dental services, made a strategic investment in the Company.
