ITS Logistics is a leading third-party logistics provider that delivers a variety of services in supply chain management, freight logistics, distribution/fulfillment, and transportation management. In 2015, Beverly Capital co-invested with McNally Capital, a family-owned private equity firm targeting thesis-driven investments in the U.S., to acquire ITS, in partnership with ITS’ management team. ITS was sold to GHK Capital Partners in 2021.
